Work Description
Addition and/or Alteration - Provide new 2500 amp service with grounding, feeding (2) 1200 amp service disconnects, electrical distribution system, lights, devices, exterior generator, nurse call system, telecom system, security system, jobsite temporary from on-site power source, and new complete fire alarm system. Provide meter center and load centers for 48 apartment units and associated wiring. All work to be done according to approved drawings, 2017 NEC, and 2016 NFPA-72.
