Work Description
Re-roof of a multifamily home. Roof is composition shingles being removed and new composition shingles being installed. There is plywood already on the structures roof deck.

Remove existing shingles. No planned plywood but if plywood is needed we will replace with 1/2" CDX. Install Owens Corning Oakridge shingles.
Construct alterations for telecommunications facility (AT&T) at site enclosure and roof level of multifamily building per plan.
Replace roof membrane at approximately 100 square feet.
Residential reroof only; no structural changes. Remove existing shingles. No planned plywood replacement but if needed will use 1/2" CDX. Install Owens Corning Duration shingles.
Adhere new roofing membrane directly over the existing roof system
