Sprinkler fit-out of all floors in conjunction with New 16-story Medical Office Building, as per plans filed herewith.

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
