Failure to comply with the attached EZ Permit Interior Demolition Standard shall result in revocation of this permit. Structural alteration or repair is expressly PROHIBITED under this permit. Prohibited structural work includes but not limited to any modification to exterior walls, party wall, floor/roof framing and foundations, including underpinning, excavation and removal of foundation slab. *CONTRACTOR IS A SOLE PROPRIETOR WITH NO EMPLOYEES* No work to exterior of building, windows, or exterior doors on this permit as per PHC.
