Work Description
Hereby filing to construct new tenant elevator shafts (supplementary to the existing elevators) as shown on plans filed herewith. No change to use, occupancy or egress.

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
Provide (2) new elevator structures to existing building. Modify/Provide new ADA compliant ramp/steps.

Furnish & install new sprinkler booster pump, associated FCVA, sprinkler/standpipe risers and piping (Harry Winston Infrastructure) as per plans. No change to use, egress or occupancy.
