Work Description
New Construction - Condo Unit 601 fit-out, per engineered plans, to include installation of lighting fixtures and switching; branch power including general receptacles, GFCI/AFCI protection and appliance connections; and mechanical electrical connections for condensing units and air handlers. Work will utilize the existing service panels. The building fire alarm system serving the condominium units was completed during the Core & Shell phase under approved Permit/Plans EP-2023-007152. This permit covers only the Condo Unit 601 fit-out work.ALL WORK IS TO BE DONE ACCORDING TO APPROVED DRAWINGS-2017 NEC.
