Work Description
Partition work on the 29th floor to create place of assembly with increase of occupancy load on the 30th floor (Tradeweb) as per plans.

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
Provide (2) new elevator structures to existing building. Modify/Provide new ADA compliant ramp/steps.
