Addition and/or Alteration - 200 amp service with service cable drop, meter main,200 amp ser cable to 40 circuit main lug panel, full grounding system, whole house surge protector,3 basement lights with wiring, replace washer and dryer boxes and gfi outlets, circuit for heater, new 30 amp 240 volt circuit and outlet for electric dryer,1 light vestibule, 3 lights with wiring hallway, 4 lights with wiring living room, ceiling fan, replace 4 living room outlets, in 2nd floor hall install 5 lights with wiring, replace 1 outlet, 2nd floor bathroom, replace exhaust/light, replace 2 gfi outlets, vanity light with wiring, new shower light with wiring, in rear yard, replace gfi outlet and bubble cover, 2 flood lights with wiring, in dining room, ceiling light with wiring, replace 4 outlets,4 lights with wiring, 3 gang switch box, in 2nd floor front bed, replace ceiling fan, 4 lights with wiring, 2 gang switch box, replace 3 outlets, in bed closet install light with wiring, in middle bedroom, replace 3 outlets, 1 light , in rear bedroom ,replace light and switch,4 new lights with wiring,3 gang switch box, in kitchen, new circuits for refrigerator, microwave, countertop outlets and general purpose outlets, 220 circuit for range(all gfi and arc fault),in bathroom, circuit for gfi outlet, exhaust fan with wiring, 3 lights with wiring, 2 switches, outside front, replace light, circuit with wp gfi outlet and bubble cover.
