Work Description

New Construction - Provide new incoming electrical service to each modular unit existing load center. Provide new building exterior light fixtures, receptacles, site lighting fixtures and temporary light and power. Make final electrical connections at each modular unit. Provide new lights, devices, lighting control, power to HVAC equipment, tele-data wiring, new electrical house panels, access control, CCTV and intercom systems within community center. Within modular units, install new telecom wiring and jacks. Make final connections at HVAC equipment. Provide new fire alarm work within building sprinkler room as shown on shop drawings as well as new fire alarm system for community center. All other work within modular units is by the modular contractor and not part of this permit application. All work to be done according to the 2017 NEC, 2016 NFPA 72 and per approved plans.
