Work Description
Make Safe Permit For RP - For Sister the affected rafter on each side with 2in x 6 in. No. 2 or better lumber. 1/2 in x 7in bolts @ 16 increase on center + Staggered pattern. Gull length of the rafter as per Engineer’s report to resolve case CF-2025-120595. A separate permit is required for any additional alterations that are not specifically addressed on case CF-2025-120595.
