Work Description
Addition and/or Alteration - Electrical demolition and renovation of existing office and kitchen areas. Work includes disconnecting and removing existing wiring, lighting, receptacles, and equipment. Install new feeders, panels, and branch circuits to serve office spaces and kitchen equipment. Provide new lighting, lighting controls, receptacle outlets, dedicated equipment circuits, and copier circuits. Install emergency and exit lighting. All work to include required grounding and bonding and to be performed in accordance with the NEC and approved construction documents.
