Addition/remodel. 2-story addition to rear/side of existing noncomplying single family residence. Addition will consist of a new primary suite half bathroom laundry room covered decks and enlarged kitchen and dining room on 1st floor and 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a balcony on the 2nd floor. Remodel kitchen and reconfigure layout to accommodate addition. Addition/remodel will result in a 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom single family residence.
