Work Description

Remove existing electrical service equipment and install a new 200-amp main breaker panel (outdoor surface-mounted up to 42 circuits). -install a new 200-amp rated meter base (meter can) approved by the local utility. -upgrade the electrical service to 200 amps including new service mast service entrance conductors and weatherhead as required. -install a complete grounding and bonding system including: -two (2) 8-ft copper ground rods bonded together with #4 copper grounding electrode conductor -bonding to the metal water line at exterior spigot with #4 copper conductor -install a whole-home surge protection device at the main panel. -replace existing 50-amp subpanel with a new cutler-hammer rated subpanel. -install six (6) afci breakers in the new subpanel. -install one new dedicated 50-amp 120/240v oven circuit (up to 30 ft) with a 50-amp gfci breaker.
