Work Description
Addition and/or Alteration - Provide and install sixteen (16) 1x4 recessed light fixtures, nine (9) linear feet of under-cabinet lighting, four (4) downlights, four (4) exit signs, and seven (7) ceiling-mounted sensors. Install two (2) switches, eighteen (18) duplex receptacle outlets, and five (5) quad receptacle outlets. Provide backboxes and conduit pathways to the ceiling for six (6) tele/data locations and four (4) duress buttons. Install one (1) security camera and one (1) card reader. Modify the existing fire alarm system to include one (1) speaker/strobe device. All work to be done according to the 2017 NEC, 2016 NFPA 72 and per approved plans.
