Deviations from these standards require submission of construction and site plans. Additional permits may be required. Replace existing gas boiler with a new, 79k btu gas fired boiler and tie back into existing distribution. NO OTHER WORK PERMITTED ON THIS PERMIT. No penetrations to fire-rated assemblies.
