Work Description

Addition and/or Alteration - Remove / Replace Back Existing Back Stabbed Switch. Remove and re-terminate the existing 15-amp receptacle that was improperly backstabbed. Work will be performed on the existing device only - no new receptacle or wall plate is included. This service addresses the backstab issue to restore proper function. Install / Replace 15 Amp GFCI TR Duplex Receptacle at existing location. Install / Replace Client Provided Fan. Install Romex 14/2 15 Amp Circuit In Open Area Up To 20 Ft. Does not include a breaker if needed as a dedicated circuit and should be added separately. Supply and Install / Replace of an Siemens 40 Space 200 Amp Main Breaker Panel. Supply and Install / Replace a GFCI outlet during panel replacement. Supply and Install / Replace a 200 Amp Service with PVC pipe and new wire to New Meter Base. Supply and Install / Replace Main Grounding System This service includes the installation of two new copper ground rods, an intersystem bonding bridge, and water bonding if necessary. Installation of a service entrance type 1 surge protector onto 1 single phase residential electrical disconnect. Install PVC Conduit 1/2" 20 Amp 120/240v In Open Area Up To 20 Ft. Does not include a breaker if needed as a dedicated circuit and should be added separately. Install / Replace 15 Amp GFCI TR Duplex Receptacle at existing location.
