Work Description
Filed herewith installation of new sprinkler heads and replacement and relocation exisiting heads as per drawing submitted herewith. No change of use, occupancy or egress under this application.

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
Provide (2) new elevator structures to existing building. Modify/Provide new ADA compliant ramp/steps.
