Install (38) new heads, (1) jockey & (1) booster pump on the Cellar, (33) heads on the 1st Floor, (25) heads on the 2nd Floor, (48) heads on the 3rd Floor and associated Sprinkler Piping (Project Ruby Buildout.) No change to use, egress or occupancy.

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
Provide (2) new elevator structures to existing building. Modify/Provide new ADA compliant ramp/steps.
