Roof REPLACEMENT + WARM ROOF CONVERSION Solution:- Installation of Vapor Barrier on the entire roof deck. Installation of Vapor Barrier on the entire roof deck. -Installation of 6.6" Polyisocyanurate (PolyISO) insulation across the entire roof area-Installation of two layers of Fire Retardant (FR-10)-Installation of DURO-LAST 60mil PVC (GREY) Roofing System over the entire roof area (MECHANICALLY ATTACHED).

Construct alterations for telecommunications facility (AT&T) at site enclosure and roof level of multifamily building per plan.
