Work Description
Addition and/or Alteration - Install new normal and emergency electrical panels fed from the existing building distribution panels. Provide new LED lighting with automatic lighting controls. Install new receptacle outlets and GFCI devices fed from the new panels. Provide raceways and back boxes for voice and data systems. Install security system and nurse call wiring and devices. Provide power connections for mechanical equipment, HVAC systems, and heat trace cabling, All work to be done in accordance with the 2017 NEC and per approved plans. ( THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SCOPE OF WORK )
