Emergency repair of water yard line approximately 40ft. Excavation of tunnels to repair and replace plumbing lines located underneath the home. Repair drainage pipe located above the garage for the washing machine and install proper venting. Installation of new yard line. Replacement of existing cast iron piping under the home with PVC Schedule 40 piping in compliance with city plumbing codes.
