Work Description
EPLAN. ATTENTION TO QUAN NGHIEMSupplemental to permit application 25016-10000-24747 to change structural:1) The shell building contractor built the shear wall along the entire exterior wall including the hold-downs. They also built the whole sill with a 3x sill plate and 3/4" TITEN HD bolts so we don't need to use the retrofit sill detail.2) I clarified details 8 and 12 to show the king studs vs HSS where applicable.3) Since the existing stem wall is about 3' above finish floor, we are adding 1.5" steel hat channel furring so that the contractor can run his electrical in the walls.
