Work Description
New Construction - Construction of a new 21-unit Apartment Building (Building A). Provide temporary electrical service, power, and lighting for construction activities. Install permanent secondary electrical service, including metering centers, individual apartment panelboards, and a house panel. Provide feeders and branch circuits for elevator equipment, mechanical systems, and other building services. Install interior and exterior lighting systems, including exit signs and emergency lighting, receptacle outlets, and telecommunication infrastructure. Install a complete fire alarm system, area of rescue assistance system, and building security systems, all with associated wiring and devices. All work to be done according to the 2017 NEC, 2016 NFPA 72 and per approved plans.
