Work Description
Addition and/or Alteration - Extend the existing 200AMP electrical service to the new panel location. Supply and install one (1) 200-amp, 3-phase electrical panel, complete with all required breakers and grounding. Furnish and install six (4) suspended 2’x4’ LED light fixtures, including all necessary wiring, supports, and switching. Provide and install two (2) new dedicated circuits for electric heaters. Provide and install one (1) new circuit for an exterior air-conditioning unit. Supply and install one (1) illuminated exit sign, complete with required emergency power provision. Furnish and install one (1) additional smoke alarm/ carbon monoxide detector, *ALL WORK PER APPROVED PLANS VACANT COMMERCIAL SPACE FUTURE PERMIT REQUIRED FOR FIT-OUT*
