Work Description

Addition and/or Alteration - Kitchen Remodel To demo the existing circuits, outlets, light fixtures and switches in the kitchen. To disconnect and remove the existing metal conduit on the rear exterior wall to allow for the installation of the new french doors. To supply and install one new metal conduit on the exterior wall. To reinstall the existing exterior outlet on the exterior wall. To supply and install new wiring for six 4" recessed light fixtures in the kitchen. To supply and install six 4" LED recessed light fixtures in the kitchen ceiling. To supply and install new wiring for the following fixtures. To install three homeowner supplied wall light fixtures. To install one homeowner supplied pendant light over the kitchen sink. To install three homeowner supplied under cabinet light tracks in three locations in the kitchen. To supply and install nine outlets and five switches throughout the kitchen. To supply and install one 20 Amp dedicated circuit. To supply and install one 50 Amp, 4 conductor circuit from the basement electrical panel to the outlet for the range. Dedicated Circuit To supply and install one dedicated 20 Amp circuit from the basement electrical panel to the kitchen for a radiant floor. To supply and install one recessed box for the thermostat. *Radiant flooring, matting, cords, thermostat and sensor cable to be supplied and installed by others.
