Work Description
Addition and/or Alteration - Electrical fit-out for a new restaurant tenant space. Provide complete interior wiring, including new lighting fixtures, switches, lighting controls, exit signs, and emergency lighting. Install branch circuits to serve kitchen equipment and general-use receptacle outlets in dining, kitchen, storage, and support areas. Provide and install a complete fire alarm system, including all required wiring, devices, notification appliances, and system components. All work to be done according to the 2017 NEC, 2016 NFPA 72 and per approved plans.
