Work Description
Addition and/or Alteration - Install new 200-amp electrical service with two (2) meters and two (2) panelboards, including proper grounding and bonding. Provide kitchen branch circuits, appliance circuits, and baseboard heater circuits. Install lighting fixtures throughout each dwelling unit and provide receptacle outlets as required. Install interconnected smoke detectors within each unit. All work to be performed in accordance with the 2017 NEC.
