Work Description
Addition and/or Alteration - Replace existing 100-amp electrical panel with new 100-amp panel, including proper grounding and bonding. Install three (3) 15/20-amp circuits to serve the second-floor bathroom for lighting, switching, and GFCI-protected receptacle. All wiring to be fished and surface-mounted as required. Install battery-operated smoke detectors. All work to be done according to the 2017 NEC.
