Work Description

Addition and/or Alteration - >>>ALL WIRING VIA FISHING/SURFACE MOUNT<<< MAIN SERVICE - Shut down power at panel and remove meter. - Disconnect taps from utility company and remove 60 amp service cable and conduit. - Remove main breaker panel and load-side service cable from meter to panel. - Supply and install new 100 Amp service cable and PVC weather head. - Sleeve wire in PVC conduit the last 10' until wire enters house. - Supply and install a 100 Amp aerial fed meter socket. - Supply and install a 100 amp, 20 space/40 circuit main breaker load center. - Supply all 2nd ground rod to properly bond and ground new service. - Supply and install all required branch circuit breakers and complete all terminations. - Identify circuits and place panel schedule. - Prepare a drip leg and make insulated splice connection to feeders. - Re-install meter into socket, energize and test circuits. - Supply and install wiring, box, and GFI receptacle by panel as per code. LAUNDRY - Replace existing receptacle with new tamper resistant 20 amp GFI receptacle and plate. Replace box with new to accommodate GFI receptacle. Sleeve existing wire down wall in PVC conduit. BASEMENT LIGHTS - Remove and replace (2) existing basement pull chain incandescent fixtures with new 7" round, flat, LED light fixtures. - Supply and install wiring and box and a 3rd 7" round, flat, LED light fixture. - Supply required wiring to ensure all lights are controlled by the switch at top of stairs. BASEMENT JUNCTION BOXES - Supply and install blank covers and knockout seals on junction boxes where required. LIVING ROOM - Supply and install all wiring, box, device and plate for tamper resistant convenience receptacle. Install arc-fault breaker as required by code. (Receptacles on party walls will have to be install using surface-mounted Wiremold boxes) DINING ROOM - Supply and install all wiring, box, device and plate for tamper resistant convenience receptacle on a 20 amp circuit. Install arc-fault breaker as required by code. (Receptac
