The project will repair/replace rear alley fence and gate that were damaged by a vehicle. The replacement will look about the same as the existing fence/gate.From the contractor's description:Furnish and install approximately 12 linear feet of 6' High of Half Wingate and Lattice Topper Semi-Privacy Fence The fence will use 1x6x 5 boards spaced 2-3 inches apart, 1x4x8 cap boards, 2x4x8 rails connected to 4x4 posts. All posts will set to a depth of 2' into dry-packed concrete and capped with black vinyl post caps. Install approximately 12 linear feet of 1'h Diagonal Lattice Topper on top of new fence.Install 1- 12' w x 6'h bi- folding gate. Gate will hang on 4x4 metal posts and Include all hardware (latches & hinges).All lumber will be Pressure Treated Pine. Bi-Folding gate will use Western red Cedar boards.
