Clark would like to have our workers onsite April 16th, 2026, during the DCRA holiday Emancipation Day. Our proposed work will be confined to within the building. Our workers will be entering the site through our private alley on the east side of the building / through our garage entrance off of the public alley on the north side of the building. Our project is set to be completed April 24th, 2026, and being able to take advantage of all days between now and then will help us hit that goal.
