This project includes the removal and replacement of two existing rooftop hvac units serving the dining room and kitchen areas. the existing equipment consists of one carrier unit (model 48tcdd14a2a5a0a0g0, serial 4119p43544) and one trane unit (model yfd150c3h0bb, serial p43101630f), each rated at 12.5 tons, 208v/3-phase, with vertical duct configuration and gas heat. the existing units will be disconnected, removed, and properly disposed of. new carrier packaged rooftop units, model 48lce014d2a5-4r5c0, will be installed in their place, each providing 12.5 tons of cooling work includes crane coordination, reconnection to existing ductwork, gas piping, electrical and controls, startup, testing, and commissioning, with all work performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable codes.
