Erecting a temporary fabric privacy screen composed of fabric and garden stakes to serve as a dog training barrier to prevent dog from seeing over into adjoining yards. Dog trainer recommended to aid training and prevent dog from barking and reacting to people and other animals in adjacent yards. Exising fence is made of wrought iron and is see through. The temporary non-permanent fabric will serve as a visual dog training barier. Materials will be installed (wooden garden stakes driven into ground) entirely on private property. Fabric will attach to wooden stakes by zip ties or stables. Can be removed when training period is over and will not be a permanent structure. Could not determine if this requires. a permit as it will be along one side of the backyard from rear of home towards the alley. All on owner's private property. Will not be over 5 feet.
