12A DCMR 3202.9.1.3.5[Areaway] Projection. The extent of the areaway projection shall be measured from the lot line or building restriction line, if one exists, to the inside face of the area way wall. Projection beyond the lot line or building restriction line, if one exists, shall be limited as follows: 5.
