HISTORIC General Single-family, 3-story dwelling, constructed after 1978 (2004). Exterior renovations Replacement of vinyl siding, windows, doors (and hardware), roof, gutters, downspouts, light fixtures. Repair damaged trim if necessary. Repair damaged stairs and handrails if necessary. Paint trim. Interior renovations Replacement of HVAC furnace & condensing unit, kitchen & bath plumbing fixtures & faucets (existing bathtubs to remain), water heater, sump pump, bath accessories, exhaust fans, light fixtures, finish flooring, cabinets, countertops, appliances, interior doors (and hardware), hard-wired smoke/CO2 detectors. Removal of ceramic tile tub surround and backer board to studs. Installation of new tub mixing valve, moisture & mold resistant backer board and fiberglass tub surround.
