Fire affected structural and non-structural damage in condo unit #2 - all floors: replace damaged int. and ext. floor, wall, & ceiling finishes as needed in like kind. replace tagged doors and windows as needed in like kind. structural damage: replace damaged 2x wall framing @ rear rec room as needed in like kind. all work to restore the unit back to pre-loss conditions. replace all damaged interior & exterior 2x walls & finishes as needed in like kind. replace and/or re-wire all electrical components in unit as needed per mep plans. no damage to existing party wall & load bearing walls.
