To construct a single-family dwelling with 8237 SF conditioned space, a 907 SF covered porch/deck, and 1368 SF of garage. Minimum: 75’ average street setback as per plat or contextual survey created by a certified surveyor; whichever is greater, 15’ side setback and 20’ rear setback.
