Wireless Communication Facility(WCF)-Discretionary Project:4615/Clairemont - T-MOBILE :LUP to modify an existing wireless communication facility (WCF) located at 4615 Clairemont Drive in the Clairemont Mesa Community Plan Area, Community Plan Implementation Overlay Zone (CPIOZ-B), FAA Part 77 Noticing Area, CC-1-3, Council District 2. The proposed modification consists of the removal and replacement of existing wireless equipment as follows: Remove six (6) existing antennas (2 per sector). Install three (3) Ericsson AIR 6419 antennas (1 per sector). Install three (3) CommScope FFV4-65A-R6 antennas (1 per sector). Install six (6) Remote Radio Heads (RRHs). Remove two (2) existing equipment cabinets and install (3) new equipment cabinets. All antennas will be mounted on the building façade. The proposed equipment cabinets and associated equipment will be located on the building rooftop.
