Requesting permission to install a costco 12ft x12ft gazebo with aluminum roof (144 sqft) at back side of my home. this request has been reviewed by ntrca-hoa (new territory residential community association) and approved on 09/19/2023, approval letter is attached in this document below. the gazebo will be on the existing concrete foundation i already have. this gazebo will not be connected to the home structure(it will be completely detach from the home structure and permanently be attached to the concrete ground). i kindly request city of sugar land permission to install gazebo. please let me know if any information is needed.
