To replace cabinet on an existing legally non-conforming pole sign for Cledis Burgers & Beer. Size of new cabinet is to be 43sqft. Overall height of existing pole sign with new cabinet is 16'-10.75 (was 20ft in OAH) & clearance from bottom of new cabinet on existing pole sign to grade is 12ft (same clearance as existing). New cabinet must not exceed the 43sqft cabinet size on the existing legally non-conforming pole sign cabinet. No changes are to be made to the size, clearance, or location of the existing legally non-conforming pole sign (please see original sign permit #1976-7451 of the existing legally non-conforming pole sign “structure” for reference & please see sign permit #201418905 of the existing legally non-conforming pole sign “existing cabinet conditions” for reference). Pole sign cabinet to have an opaque background with the text, graphics, & logo to illuminate only per the DTC. Marquees bulbs are to be encased & covered with “clear” plexiglass, not to be bare bulbs. Illumination must be static, having no movement whatsoever. Electrical sign permit required.
