§Scope

Work description.

The proposed project is for the construction of a mixed use building with 2 below grade levels. A total of seventeen (17) wells will be installed; fourteen (116) around the perimeter (outside the SOE), and one (1) adjacent to the elevator pit. The wells will be installed by advancing up to a 10.25 inner diameter hollow stem auger (HSA) from existing grade to a depth of 50 feet or refusal. Up to three (3) additional wells may be installed in the case that one of the proposed wells is damaged
