Install bathroom duct
HVAC installation including a rooftop unit, HRV unit, make-up air unit, Type I hood, exhaust fan, grease duct, GRDs, and all associated ductwork per approved plans.
Replace furnace
Provide and install new gas main to code, with an air test. Tie in stove to new main and have a tee for future water heater.
