Filing for Structural work for selective removal of concrete slab on grade in the cellar utilizing hand tools. Selective removal of concrete slab from 1st floor to 7th floor utilizing hand tools.

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
