Monitor medical, inc - building a new handicap ramp in the front of building where our patients regularly come in and out of to get to the main patient waiting room. this will include cutting into the landscaping and changing the slab of concrete currently at the entrance. • making changes to 1 of the men's bathroom (converting men's room into family/handicap bathroom, making the door easier to open, adding handicap bars to the walls, removing bathroom stall divider, adding lock to door and adding changing station to wall) • adding in 2 new doors to the hallway by the bathroom we are changing to block passage for customers/patients going to bathroom (patients get lost and wonder into main office space... want to build new doors to clearly separate patient area) • changing carpet to vinyl hardwood in patient visiting area only
