Work Description

- Installation of one (1) multi-zone HVAC system in the basement serving three (3) zones. - Installation of one (1) single-zone HVAC system in the attic serving one (1) zone. - Installation of energy recovery ventilators (ERVs), humidifiers, and dehumidifiers integrated with each HVAC system. - Installation of a ducted kitchen range hood and dedicated exhaust system vented to the exterior. - Installation of five (5) bathroom exhaust fans with dedicated ductwork vented to the exterior. - Installation of two (2) washer and dryer sets, including dedicated dryer exhaust venting to the exterior. - Installation of all associated ductwork, exhaust piping, controls, and electrical connections. Due to existing site constraints and limited side-yard setback conditions, certain exhaust and ventilation terminations may not fully conform to standard setback and separation requirements. Where applicable, I intend to seek an administrative exception and/or zoning approval for exterior vent termination locations. All proposed venting locations will be reviewed and approved prior to installation. All mechanical systems and ventilation components shall be installed in accordance with the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (UCC), applicable International Mechanical Code (IMC), manufacturer specifications, and local building regulations.
