Work Description

Complete partially finished 3rd floor - No Review Bldg PermitThe home has a partially finished 3rd floor and this project will be to complete the items left to make it heated living space.The existing space is already framed, has sub-floor, and electrical to include outlets and lighting. No structural changes will be made to the space.The project will consist of wall insulation, drywall, paint, carpet, replacing 3 incandescent lights with 6 LED spot lights and installation of a mini-split heat pump HVAC system (no duct work required). The only framing will be a small non-structural closet.Once finished, the space will be approximately 650 square feet.
