Addition and/or Alteration - Perform tenant fit-out of an existing space for a new veterinary clinic. Work includes removal and relocation of two (2) existing subpanels to new locations, and furnishing and installing two (2) new subpanels with associated feeders, overcurrent protection, grounding, and terminations. Provide complete electrical distribution throughout the space, including installation of wiring, lighting fixtures, lighting controls, exit signs, emergency lighting, and receptacle outlets.
