Temporary outdoor special event setup. The event will take place on an existing fenced, gated grassy lot and will include installation of a 12 x 12 stage, sound equipment, and temporary vendor tents. - YOU MUST OBTAIN AN ELECTRICAL PERMIT FOR THE GENERATOR The event will include a total of approximately 28 vendors, consisting of: 5 food trucks (operating with onboard generators and/or diesel-powered systems) 23 tent-based vendors (including food, beverage, retail, wellness, and community vendors), each operating under 10 x 10 tents with tables and standard vendor setups In addition, one (1) 16 x 24 frame tent will be installed for event operations and shared use. Event infrastructure will include designated entry and exit points, a maintained 20-foot emergency access lane, two (2) portable restroom units, and one (1) centralized handwashing station. No additional perimeter fencing will be installed as the venue is already enclosed. No permanent structures or alterations will be made to the property. All installations are temporary and will be removed at the conclusion of the event.
