Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound Ropes Course with Dynamo Towers - The proposed project will be an outdoor ropes course with a new trail path for use by students of the Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School. No work will be performed within the boundaries of the ARC West Facility. Structural and Site drawings are provided by others. DOEE ESC Plans have been submitted directly to DOEE for review.
