Repair Roof Sections O, M, P - Erect the required ladders as needed in order to access the work areas safely per OSHA guidelines; removal/disconnection of rooftop mechanical equipment, if necessary, in conjunction with the above work to be accomplished on a time and material basis or by others; remove all existing roofing and metal flashings down to the wood substrate and haul away from premises; inspect the existing metal deck and advise the customer of findings. Price for repairs, if necessary, to be provided following inspection; install 1/8" per foot tapered insulation mechanically fastened to the roof deck with screws and plates in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications; install new 60 mil white TPO roofing membrane adhered to the roof insulation in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications; install new TPO flashing at all perimeters, curbs, drains, and all roof penetrations in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications; install new shop fabricated .032 aluminum surface mount counter flashing at the rising walls; install new shop fabricated .032 aluminum coping at the parapet walls secured using continuous cleats and vertical standing seams; remove and replace up to five drain bowls, clamping rings, and baskets to match existing in size. Price does not include replacing any internal drainage at this time. Price does not include snaking and video confirmation of drain viability. Price can be provided upon request; existing roof vents to be reused if possible. Price for replacement, if necessary, to be provided following demolition; existing roof hatch cover to be wrapped with new white TPO membrane; all debris caused by the above work will be removed upon work completion. This includes the use of a magnet to aid the removal of nails in grass-covered areas. Any spacing of structural roof decking may allow debris particles to fall into the area directly below the roof deck. Unfortunately, we cannot clean interior areas; provide the manufacturer's 20-year labor and material warranty upon receipt of the final payment.
